Alkasfah hot spring is located in Wilayat Ar Rustaq of Al Batinah South Governorate and is about 170 km away from Muscat. It is believed that the hot spring has a mountainous source. The temperature varies in different hot springs; about 45 degrees in Al Kasfah. There are some beneficial properties such as treating Rheumatism and skin diseases due to the high level of Sulfat content. As for other features of this hot spring, we can mention PH 7.62, Calcium 100.40, and Magnesium 25.73.

Ras Al Hadd Castle, with a length of 16 meters and a width of 13 meters, is located in Wilayat Sur in Ash Sharqiyah South Governorate. It has two towers and openings for the defense. There are some facilities such as water walls and ammunition stores.
